Job Description:
• Requirements gathering, technical translation, solution design, and feature development
• Configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, custom objects and fields, page layouts, apps, actions, and custom settings
• Sandbox environment and release management
• User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, groups, and sharing rules
• Communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders, including release notes and technical documentation
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
• Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Feature readiness and deprecations, and Optimizer
• User support tickets
• Collaborate with Business Operations team and internal stakeholders to create a platform roadmap, define priorities, and execute roadmap milestones
• Collaborate with Business Operations team, IT, and other stakeholders to manage integrated applications and installed packages
We are looking for:
• Education: BSCS, BSIT & Certification - Salesforce Administrator
• Experience: 1 - 2 Years
