Salesforce Developer

•  Responsible for the overall design of the functional Salesforce.com solution and for recommending best practice solution designs based on business needs

•  Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions

•  Provide hands-on, technical assistance Design elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving configuration of Salesforce and Managed Packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality

•  Strong self-starter who is ready to jump in and create software which fully considers all aspects of performance, security, and reliability

•  Excellent verbal and written communications kills-This role is heavily collaborative

•  1- 2 years of total Salesforce development experience is required

•  Salesforce Administrator & Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required; Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification preferred.

•  Solid experience with building Lighting Web Components, Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce Lightning Aura Components and writing SOQL queries.

•  Ability to build batch apex, schedulable apex, queueable apex.

•  In-depth knowledge of the basic capabilities of the Salesforce platform and products (especially Sales Cloud), including an understanding of the data model, integration capabilities, development and maintenance best practices, as well as the pros and cons of the available tools and frameworks.

•  Must be familiar with one trigger framework, error logging framework, test data factory.

•  Hands on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, web services, JAVA, CSS, HTML, Lightning Web Components is required

•  Ability to build REST / SOAP web services and consume REST/ SOAP API

•  Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred

•  Experience with Agile Management tools (e.g., Teams) and working in AGILE delivery model

•  Experience communicating and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, creating technical design documents

•  Platform Developer I certification required
