Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX designer with 3-5 Years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for gathering user requirements, creating end-to-end user stories & design mockups.Basic knowledge of design systems and components is a good to have.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Figma and research-oriented problem-solving skills.If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

As a Mid-weight UX Designer, you will be responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders and putting them in visual design language. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities would be

User Research: Conduct user research to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points. Translate insights into actionable design solutions.
Information Architecture: Create effective information architectures and user flows to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design concepts to illustrate the user experience and gather feedback for iterative design.
User Interface (UI) Design: Collaborate with UI designers to create visually stunning, brand-aligned interfaces with a focus on user-centered design principles.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centered designs that meet business objectives.
Stakeholder Presentations: Present and justify design solutions to internal teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
