  • Rebuilt the legacy procurement platform on a modern technology stack while preserving and enhancing core capabilities such as marketplace, vendor management, catalog management, and bus procurement.
  • Developed a modern React-based administrative interface that allows non-technical staff to manage vendors, catalogs, users, organizations, budget codes, and locations without developer involvement.
  • Redesigned the user experience with role-based access controls, giving administrators and other user types interfaces and permissions appropriate to their responsibilities.
  • Introduced dedicated bus procurement management capabilities that allow administrators to define and configure bus types, specifications, and vendor pricing directly through the platform.
  • Developed bulk update functionality so administrators can update vendor pricing and specifications across multiple records simultaneously instead of relying on manual database changes.
