As an Associate Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving project success and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
● Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
● Assist in project planning and scoping, working closely with senior project managers.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and development, to ensure project milestones are met.
● Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
● Support in creating and maintaining project documentation.
● Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions as needed.
● Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
● Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
● Foster positive client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
● Assist in project reporting and stakeholder communication.
● Familiar with agile methodologies, scrum, Jira and Asana.
Standard hours: 10/11 am to 7/8 pm
