Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will work closely with our clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret business requirements to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Develop functional specifications and user stories to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas where the current system falls short of business requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
- Work with project managers to create project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project progress to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide support to end-users during the testing phase and post-implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
- 2+ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience with business process modeling tools such as Visio or BPMN.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of IT services and technology solutions is a plus.
